New Book- Veganomicon

I have just picked up the new vegan/vegetarian cookbook that is suppose to be all the rage- Veganomicon. At the moment it seems many of the recipes are a little complicated for me, being that I'm a time-constricted college student who is usually too tired, broke, or hungry to make a good meal.

Since I've been slacking, here are some culinary delights of others from Veganomicon. This one is the "Hot Sauce-Glazed Tempeh" from the Urban Vegan. Next time your in the mood for something spicy try this one out.

The book also features a wide variety of desserts- which I might just make first. Here is "SmLove" which is a pecan lovers dream. Its a chocolate, caramel, pecan, brownie pie.

I can't wait for the weekend, when I can finally have some time to try out some recipes. If anyone has any recommendation on what I should try first, let me know. Thanks.
