Don't eat the Easter Bunny!


Spring has officially begun, with the start of the new season it’s also a great time to try something new at the dinner table. Celebrate Easter with a different twist on a traditional dish: soy-based faux ham.

This glazed “ham” is not only delicious, it’s rich in heart-healthy soy protein and dietary fiber, plus it’s 100 percent cholesterol-free. Which means its perfect for those family members who might be on diets with bikini season right around the corner.
Serve it up with some veggies like asparagus, green beans, or collard greens and don't forget the mashed potatoes! Happy Easter everyone :)
