In the mood for some Chinese food, take a look at these great options. "Beef" Szechuan, tofu is marinated in szechuan sauce with steamed rice and vegetables. "Chicken" stir-fry, tofu sauteed in soy sauce and cut into strips and mixed with crunchy veggies. Who can forget the Lo Mein? This one is just as good as take-out, simply replace your meat with tofu and your good to go.
