Here is a teriyaki "burger", a chick-pea patty loaded in teriyaki sauce and cooked til golden brown, smothered with caramelized onions, served on a bed of lettuce and a thick bun. 

A pesto pizza can hit the spot. It's topped with fresh veggies like tomato, black olives, garlic, basil, onion, and slices of tofu. Don't feel limited when it comes to pizza, just about any vegetable can be added to it.

Any kids favorite has got to be a good old-fashioned sloppy Joe. Be prepared to get messy as the goodness spills out the sides of this sandwich. You can use a mixture of purred beans and faux meat crumbles with a packet of sloppy Joe pre-made seasonings and tomato sauce.

And who can forget the fries, bet you can't tell they're tofu! Yep, these tofu fries would make a great side for any meal, or just eat them as your meal.
